Training at home tip 14: Overhang practice

If you have a deck or pergola, this is a good one for you. Hoppers ask your parents first. You may need a spotter or some foam mattresses underneath you.
Use the rafters or the purlins of the pergola and climb underneath. You can hook your heal over the top or you can hook your toes underneath with your heel pressed against the opposite side of the rafter (as in the photo).
While climbing underneath, you can change your hand positions to also increase the challenge
