Training at home tip 6: Traversing

Hoppers make sure you check with your parents first. Find a nice strong fence at your property. You can practice your bouldering moves along it. Try and put in under clings, crimps, side pulls, gastons and pinch grips. Change your body position to have a low centre of gravity and spread the load high and wide as well. Try using just your toes. Adjust your hand positions to make the bouldering harder. This has become one of my favourite things to do at my house during the lockdown.
