Hoppers make sure you check with your parents first. This is another one for the door frame. Practice a body jam. You can change the position, and if you really want to challenge change the direction you’re facing without putting your feet on the ground. Another good place to practice a body jam or bridging, is in the corridor. Putting one foot and one hand on one wall and one put the other foot and hand on the opposite wall. I haven’t done a photo of this as I’ve recently painted my walls. So Hoppers make sure you ask your parents before you do this one. Get your parents to take a photo of you doing a body jam or bridging. If you’re a little shorter you may need your parents to support you as well so that you don’t pull down in yourself. Have fun, be safe, and be kind.
