Training at home tip 1: Mantling

Hi Hoppers and members. Most of us don’t have Bouldering walls in our garage or our lounge. So over the next few days I’m gonna give you some little tips on stuff you can do at home to help keep you climbing fit during the lock-down. Hoppers make sure you ask your parents permission first.
Do you have an old table or a small deck or landing that you can climb under and mantle shelf around the other side. Give it a go.
