This may sound nice but our climbing club will know this as our brutal exercise that targets legs, arms, and core. Some of our students struggle to finish it all, but you can adjust it to fit your own needs and capabilities. Let us know how you go!

Rainbows (Arms):

15 Diamond Push ups

15 Narrow Pushups

30 Spider-Man Pushups

Sunshine (legs)

15 Narrow Squats

30 Normal Squats

15 Side lunges each side

Unicorns (Core, because they don’t exist)

15 leg raises

15 V-sits

30 Sit ups

30 Russian twists
