This is a great exercise for working the tendons and small muscles in your fingers and hand. Find a sheet of newspaper and lay it flat on the ground. Place one of your hands in the corner. Slowly screw the newspaper up into a ball in your hand. To do this work one finger at a time and drag the newspaper into your palm crushing it as you do. Keep repeating the process until the entire sheet of newspaper is a tight ball in your hand. The key for this exercise is to only do one finger at a time. Focus on moving the individual muscles and tendons for that finger.
