Take a tennis ball in the palm of your hand, hold it in front of you. Squeeze the tennis ball and hold for five seconds. Release for two seconds and then repeat. Do this for 5, 10 or 15 times. Switch hands and repeat the process. Do each hand three times.
Training Tip 8:
Broom Twist. Hold a broom at the end of the handle in one hand. The broom should be at a 3 o’clock position. Keeping your hand out in front of you, slowly rotate the broom to 12 o’clock. Pause. Then continue rotation down to 9 o’clock. Pause. Return the broom back to 12 o’clock, pause and back to 3 o’clock. Repeat 5, 10 or 15 times. Change, hands and repeat the process.
