Training at home tip 16: Leg curls

This is a good exercise for strengthening your core. Find a suitable location to hang from, e.g. under a deck, a doorway or a pergola.
Bring your knees up towards your chest and hold, then lower your legs. Then repeat. If you wish to add a bit more of a challenge, pull up so that your arms are at right angles. Then repeat the process of bringing your knees up towards your chest.
