Covid-19 Alert Level 2 Response
Dear valued climbers,
We are officially back open to the public. Due to The Coronavirus, there will be a few changes. Our new temporary trading hours will be:
Monday – Friday: 10:00am till 10:00pm (Last available entry at 8pm)
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00am – 9:00pm (Last available entry at 7pm)
Unfortunately, we are limited to 100 people at a time to be in the building. To reduce waiting periods on weekends, we have created set climbing sessions as follows:
Session 1: 10:00am – 12:00am
Session 2: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Session 3: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Session 4: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Please note that you may start climbing after these session times have started. You may continue climbing into the next session if there is less than 100 people in the building. If there is more than 100 people, you may be asked to leave.
These sessions are not applicable on weekdays (unless specified otherwise), you are able to come in any time and climb, as long as there is less than 100 people in the building.
Please be patient if there is a queue to get in to climb. While you are queueing please make sure that there is 2 metres of space between you and the person in front and behind you.
Upon entering the building, you must sign your name and contact details. Please also make sure there is a 1 metre space between you and others. Shoes must be worn at all times and we encourage you to bring your own hand sanitizer so use between climbs.
If you would like to book in advance, please email email@example.com
